Sugar Lub 20L, 20, 30, 40 and 60 are lubricants specially formulated for use in cane mills which are the heart of any sugar factory. The lubrication of the crusher and squeezing mill roll bearings together with their gear drives has always been a challenge for operating personnel. Only the right lubricant in the correct quantities used at correct intervals will facilitate consistent performance from these machines. These oils help form a film with adequate strength and adhesiveness for the roll neck bearings to withstand operational rigors like shock loadings and juice washing. These oil blends were formulated with high viscosity lubricating oil base stocks, compounding agents and select additives to obtain non-toxic mild EP properties. Sugar Lub 20L is the lightest of these blends, suitable for light loads and most useful in cold seasons. Sugar Lub 20 and 30 are recommended for light to medium load bearings in cold weathers. Sugar Lub 40 is a medium viscosity mill bearing oil recommended for heavier loads. Sugar Lub 60 is a high viscosity mill bearing oil recommended for heavily loaded bearings with larger clearances and diameters. Advantages: Sugar Lub oils prevent wear and corrosion of bearings and have excellent resistance to leakage. They optimize machine performance with uninterrupted service and prove to be economical in use.

Applications: Anti Rust DW 30X is a greasy solvent base dewatering rust preventive. This premium quality dewatering fluid works as a protective layer - an ultra-thin grease film which remains after evaporation of the solvent. It is recommended for in-process use as well as a lubricant for mild press-working, where corrosion protection is especially required without additional treatment. Advantages: Anti Rust DW 30X rapidly removes water from components that have been machined using soluble cutting fluids, or have been washed or pickled. The very thin residual film provides effective protection against corrosion, even against any possible corrosive action resulting from fingerprints on the components. The oil can be applied by brushing or spraying. Its dewatering action is most effective if the components to be treated can be immersed in a dip tank. The protective film does not interfere with air gauging equipment and can be removed using aqueous or solvent based cleaners. It is a barium-free, low odour solvent with aromatic content. It has a flash point of 600. It covers a large surface area during application, and is therefore economical.
Anti-Rust DW Preventives are a series of oils designed for use in the manufacture of nuts, bolts, HSS bearings, steel tubes, bars, tool-bits, tools and other small components for in-process protection. The oils work by effectively displacing moisture and protecting these machine parts from rust and corrosion. Anti-Rust DW Preventives are a specially formulated blend comprising superior quality hydrocarbon solvents, refined base oils and high-performance rust inhibitor additives. It protects steel against high humidity and extreme corrosive environments. The treated parts remain well protected for 9 to 12 months if indoors and 3 to 6 months if outdoors.Anti-Rust DW 175 is specially formulated for use in the anti-friction bearings industry. It can be used, after diluting with a suitable solvent, as an inter-process rust preventive as well as before final packing.
Advantages: Each blend in the range of Anti Rust DW Preventives effectively prevents incipient rusting and corrosion (even in small cast iron parts). The rust protective film has see-through property and can be easily removed by using kerosene or any other petroleum solvent. The oil shows high surface coverage and hence helps in lowering cost.

Therm 500 and 600 are heat transfer fluids formulated using highly refined paraffinic oils with high viscosity index. These oils possess exceptional oxidation stability, high thermal conductivity and adequate specific heat to facilitate effective heat transfer. Mineral oils are generally preferred for use in heat transfer systems operating with temperatures ranging from 270 °C to 310 °C. In the operation, the heat transfer fluid is pumped to the tube furnace, gets heated and this hot oil is then passed through the process vessels from where it is conveyed back to the pump. An expansion tank of suitable design is connected to the suction side of the pump to take care of the variation in the volume. Heat Transfer Fluids have the correct viscosity; hence they are able to yield optimum heat transfer rates from well-designed systems. Applications: Therm 500 is recommended for use in heat transfer systems operating with bulk oil temperature up to 280 °C. Therm 600 provides superior performance due to its low Sulphur content and CCR value and is recommended for operating at temperature up to 300 °C. heat transfer fluids also function as lubricants for circulating pumps. Advantages: The properties of Therm heat transfer fluids 500 and 600 include low volatility and the absence of high pressure, which facilitates efficient compact units and associated space savings. Due to high boiling point they can be used without pressurization at maximum bulk temperature. These oils also generate the least amount of oxidation by-products and reduce oil change periods. There is also lower evaporation loss, and consequently a smaller difference to make up for, in oil volumes. Their low viscosity and excellent pumpability ensure lower power consumption.

Advantages: Each grade in the Entro AW Hydraulic Oils range has excellent oxidation and thermal stability for effective anti-rust, anticorrosion and anti wear performance which helps maximize service life of the pump and system components protecting them from the effects of environmental moisture. Its high shear stability minimizes viscosity loss and its filterability prevents filter blockage even in the presence of water. It also has good demulsification property which helps in faster separation of water and resists formation of emulsions. It is compatible rubber seals.
