These gear oils are especially recommended for applications that require long service life, get little maintenance or have a very difficult maintenance system. They are also suitable for reduction gearbox of conveyor, coal mill, extruder, blender mixer and other heavy equipment gearbox used in steel, cement, coal, power, petrochemical and paper industries. They serve well even when used for marine propeller, deck winch, crane, steering gear, the reducer of excavator, dragline, electric-wheeled self-dumping trucks and other equipment in open-pit coal mines. Standards: Each grade in the Gear Oils XS series conforms to performance standards of DIN 51517 Part III (2014); ISO 12925-1 Type CKC/ CKD; AGMA EP 9005-EO2 (EP); AISE (US STEEL): 224; David Brown S1.53.101 and FLENDER GEAR BOXES – REVISION 9. Advantages: Gear Oils in the XS series have a high viscosity index which enables reliable and trouble-free operation even in harsh environmental conditions. Besides thermal stability they also have exceptional oxidation inhibition properties. Their unique antimicro-pitting ability for gear sets reduces the risk of premature damage. Their excellent seal compatibility, next generation additives, load carrying capacity, adequate demulsibility and superior anti-rust, anti-corrosion properties add up into effective protection and therefore longer service life of the gear.
Turbol 32, 46, 57 and 68 are premium quality turbine oils designed for turbines and hydraulic systems that require a very long drain interval with a dependable lubricant. These oils are recommended for lubrication of turbo-compressors and suitable also for lubrications of plain as well as journal type bearings in steam, gas and water turbines. Standards: Turbol turbine oils are formulated using high quality paraffinic base stock. Each grade of Turbo oils meet OEM turbine specifications as per BHEL and GE. They also conform to IS:1012-2002 (Reaffirmed to 2013), BS:489-1983 and German Standard DIN 51515 Part I. Advantages: Turbol turbine oils possess very high oxidation and chemical stability to resist corrosive action. They also have excellent demulsibility, antifoaming and anti-wear properties that provide effective protection from rust and corrosion. These oils also enable the release of entrained air from the system, thus preventing possible cavitations, air locks, etc. which usually impact turbine efficiency. These advantages add up to high thermal stability and in turn longer service life of the system.
Applications: Entro HVI type Hydraulic Oil grades 46, 68 and 100 are premium high viscosity index, long-life anti-wear hydraulic fluids specially formulated for use in heavy-duty hydraulic applications operating at high pressures and over a wide range of temperatures. These oils provide year-round reliability in mobile and stationary hydraulic systems in excavators, shovels, cranes, drills, crawlers, and boom trucks which require outdoor anti-wear oil. These fluids can also be used in piston, gear and vane hydraulic pumps in outdoor mobile equipment, sawmills, woodland equipment, snow removal equipment and portable compressors. Their efficacy extends to circulating systems, including those servicing plain and rolling element bearings, in pump crankcases and some electric motor bearings as well as gear sets requiring non-EP gear oils. Standards: Entro HVI type Hydraulic Oils are blends comprising premium quality base oils and additives that optimize performance. They meet performance levels as per Parker Hannifin (Denison) HF-0, HF-1, HF-2; Eaton-Vickers I-286-S, M-2950-S, (brochure 03-401- 2010); DIN 51524 HVLP; GM LS-2; Five Cincinnati P-68, P-69, P-70; JCMAS HK; US Steel 127, 136; ISO: 11158; SAE MS1004; and Chinese Standard GM 11118.1. Advantages: Entro HVI type Hydraulic Oils enable excellent fluidity at low start-up temperatures and maintain optimum oil viscosity at high operating temperatures. They also possess excellent thermal, oxidative and hydrolytic stability, properties that protect against wear, rust and corrosion resulting in longer service life of pumps. They also cause minimal increase in air entrainment and have excellent wet and dry filterability, a quality that matches AFNOR NF E48-690, 691 performance specifications.
Applications: HVI 46 and HVI 68 are premium grade high viscosity index hydraulic oils recommended for hydraulic Excavators of Tata–Hitachi, L & T, Komatsu, etc. They are also suitable for off-road mobile construction and forestry equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, crawlers, skid-steer loaders and motor graders. These oils can also be used for chain drives and compressor crankcase lubrication. Both the oil blends possess excellent shear stability and can withstand a wide range of temperatures. Standards: Hydraulic Oils HVI 46 and HVI 68 are blended with special additives that reduce wear, rust, oxidation and impart good hydrolytic stability and water separation properties. These blends conform to performance specifications as per DIN 51524-3:2017- 06; Hannifin (Denison) HF-0, HF-1, HF-2; Eaton-Vickers I-286-S, M-2950-S, (brochure 03-401-2010); GM LS-2; Five Cincinnati P-68, P-69, P-70; JCMAS HK; US Steel 127, 136; ISO 11158 and SAE MS1004. Advantages: Hydraulic Oils HVI 46 and HVI 68 provide excellent protection against rust, wear and corrosion. Their high viscosity index, thermal and oxidative stability, anti-foam and air release properties ensure smooth operation and system efficiency across a wide range of temperatures. The blend is particularly effective in protecting system components at cold startup and high operating temperatures. Besides multi-metal compatibility, it is also compatible with seals used in hydraulic systems. It prevents internal hydraulic system corrosion and reduces adverse effects of moisture in systems, thus resulting in longer service life of the system.

Spark Erosion Oil 25 is a highly refined mineral oil of narrow boiling range specially formulated to meet the dielectric strength requirements of their use in various applications. This fluid is low viscosity spark erosion oil specially formulated for use on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals and all EDM machines carrying out roughing as well as fine finishing. It is designed for spark erosion machines of all sizes, and specially recommended for very fine spark erosion machining operations, particularly in small EDM machines. Spark Erosion is a widely used modern method of manufacturing dies. With proper dielectric value it enables controlled electrical discharge at the break-down voltage. It should also not create a fire hazard. Kerosene which is sometimes used as the insulating medium may not meet the dielectric strength requirements since it is not specifically manufactured to meet these; hence it is advisable to avoid kerosene. Advantages: Spark Erosion Oil 25 enables good separation of fine swarf. It has long fluid life, anti-foaming properties and excellent oxidation stability which protects against corrosion. It is also non-staining, low-fuming and least odorous.
