Applications: Entro HLP type Hydraulic Oils of grades 32, 46, 68, 100 and 150 are specially formulated for the lubricating requirements of all heavy duty hydraulic applications (both mobile and stationery) requiring high level of wear protection. These oils are ideal for all hydraulic pumps, including high-pressure, high-speed vane, gear, axial and radial piston pumps, except pumps containing silver plated component. Besides hydraulic equipment operating under extreme conditions, it is also used for automated machine tools, press, die casting machines, circulating systems and hydraulic control systems. Standards: Entro HLP type Hydraulic Oils conform to performance specifications of DIN 51524 Part II (HLP type); Eaton Vickers I-286-S, M-2950-S; IS:10522-1983 (Reaffirmed 1993), IS:11656-1986 (Reaffirmed 1991); Denison HF-0, HF-1, HF2; US STEEL 127 , 136; and Cincinnati Machine P-68, P-69, P70. Advantages: Entro HLP type Hydraulic Oils have excellent thermal, hydrolytic and oxidative stability as well as anti-foaming quality (from increased demulsibility) adding to their anti-wear properties. These features enable fast air release and optimise system performance and reliability.
Applications: Entro AW ‘X’ type Hydraulic Oils of grades 32X, 42X, 68X, 100X, 150X, 220X and 320X are specially blended fluids for the lubricating requirements of all heavy duty hydraulic applications (both mobile and stationery) requiring high level of wear protection. These oils are recommended for all hydraulic pumps, including high-pressure, high-speed vane, gear, axial and radial piston pumps, except pumps containing silver plated component. Besides hydraulic equipment operating under extreme conditions, it is also used for automated machine tools, press, die casting machines, circulating systems and hydraulic control systems. Standards: Entro AW ‘X’ type Hydraulic Oils conform to performance standards as per DIN 51524 Part II; Eaton Vickers I-286-S, M-2950-S; Denison HF-0, HF-1, HF2; Cincinnati Machine P-68, P-69, P70; US STEEL 126; Bosch Rexroth RDE 90235; ZF TE-ML 07 H , ZF TE-ML 21M; Eaton Brochure- 02-401-2010; GM LS-2; ISO:11158, HL,HM; and Danieli 0.000.001 Type 10 & 11. Advantages: Entro AW ‘X’ type Hydraulic Oils possess excellent oxidation resistance quality and good de-foaming properties, offering superior anti-wear compared to normal grade oils with the same specifications. The blend protects hydraulic system internals against rust and corrosion and its higher film strength results in excellent equipment performance. It also reduces other negative effects of moisture in the system. The oil has good filterability and works for a longer duration, thereby extending service life of equipment as well as the filter.
Applications: Entro TH type Hydraulic Oils TH-32, TH-46 and TH-68 are high viscosity index, low pour point blends specially formulated for heavy duty operations as fluid media in all hydraulic system including Tata Hitachi Excavators, JCB and KOMATSU (off highway equipment) where very low operating temperatures are common and the application demands use of oils with a very high viscosity index. Standards: Entro TH type Hydraulic Oils are blended with high quality base stocks and select additives for optimized performance. These oil blends conform to performance standards as per Denison Hydraulics (HF0, HF1, HF2); EATON VICKERS M–2950 S; EATON VICKERS – I286 S; ISO: 11158 (HV FLUIDS): DIN 51524 PART 3 HVLP TYPE; and GB 111181 – 1.94 (HV FLUIDS). Advantages: Entro TH type Hydraulic Oils have special anti-wear additives essential for certain hydraulic equipment used for heavy-duty operations. Their oxidation inhibitor and anti-rust additives ensure excellent wear protection and therefore consistently efficiency and productivity. These blends comply with ASTM D943 test and offer long service life and cleanliness of the hydraulic system. Their defoamant additive prevents the build up of foam. They have high shear stability and ensure a cleaner system thus preventing issues of filter blocking. They also enable easy flow at very low temperatures. These oils are suitable for a wide range of operating temperatures due to their very high viscosity index. They are also compatible with other lubricants and seals and suitable for most hydraulic pumps.
Marine Engine Oils (SAE 30) are specially formulated trunk piston engine oils (TPEO). These oil blends possess lower to medium alkaline reserve (Base Number) and are designed for use in medium speed trunk piston engines burning distillate fuels with sulphur content up to 1% in marine or stationary service. They are also used in engine reduction gears. Standards: Marine Engine Oils conform to API CF performance standards. Advantages: Marine Engine Oils’ blend includes select detergent / dispersant additives which ensure consistent performance even in high temperatures. It helps prevent deposits in areas such as the under crown of the piston and the piston ring belt area, enabling piston rings to function efficiently. Due to its superior alkalinity retention, sufficiently high BN is maintained under all service conditions to ensure corrosive acids formed by the combustion of fuel sulphur are effectively neutralized, thereby minimizing liner wear. Its excellent demulsibility enables centrifuging of water with no loss of additive.

Quenching Oils are a range of heat treatment oils, each with a different set of properties, for various metal quenching objectives. The range includes Quenching Oils of grades 39, 40, 42, 43 and 44. Of these, grades 39 and 40 are general purpose quenching oils with inherent oxidation stability. Grade 39 has lower viscosity than grade 40. Quenching Oil 42 is designed for accelerated quenching and has special polar additives to help strengthen metal hardness uniformly, resulting in greater durability. Grade 43 oil is an additive type blend which helps achieve the average quench meter result of 14 sec. Quenching Oil grade 44 is also an additive type blend that has higher viscosity and helps minimize distortion. Standards: Quenching Oils are formulated using solvent refined base oil and select additives. All the grades in the series conform to performance standards as per BIS: 2664-1980 (reaffirmed 2014) compounded type. Quenching Oil 43 and 44 meet specifications of IS:2664/93. Advantages: Quenching Oils grades 39, 40, 42, 43 and 44 are non-corrosive and non-toxic. They facilitate quenching through proper and controlled cooling and help achieve uniform hardness of quenched components. These oils possess excellent thermal and oxidation stability as well as high flash and fire points. They also have low volatility which results in reduced consumption. There is also lower oil loss due to reduced carry-over. The entire range is suitable for use in large scale automation.
Advantages: Each blend in the range of Anti Rust DW Preventives effectively prevents incipient rusting and corrosion (even in small cast iron parts). The rust protective film has see-through property and can be easily removed by using kerosene or any other petroleum solvent. The oil shows high surface coverage and hence helps in lowering cost.

Anti-Rust DW Preventives are a series of oils designed for use in the manufacture of nuts, bolts, HSS bearings, steel tubes, bars, tool-bits, tools and other small components for in-process protection. The oils work by effectively displacing moisture and protecting these machine parts from rust and corrosion. Anti-Rust DW Preventives are a specially formulated blend comprising superior quality hydrocarbon solvents, refined base oils and high-performance rust inhibitor additives. It protects steel against high humidity and extreme corrosive environments. The treated parts remain well protected for 9 to 12 months if indoors and 3 to 6 months if outdoors.
Anti-Rust DW 801/802 are solvent based exclusive products with soft film and meeting humidity cabinet control test exceeding 7 days indicating excellent salt spray protection.
